Almost every one has some form of back pain. The pain may be only in the lower back or around the shoulder blades. Some is in the mid back next to the spine. Very seldom do people who struggle with back pain get relief and become pain free. Are you willing to give yourself ten minutes to find the answer to a pain free life? Some doctors will tell you that surgery will reduce or stop the pain. In my experience back surgery very seldom works. Most people resort to pain killing drugs which they will have to take forever as the pain does not recede. It usually will get worse as time goes on. So what is the prognosis for back pain relief? The question is do you want the answer or do you want to cling to where you are? It will take some courage to face the issues and clear them. Read on and I will provide all the answers in this article to what causes the pain and how to clear and heal or cure it forever so you will be out of pain for the balance of your life. Are you ready for the ride? Read on. The answers are right here.
I suffered with back pain 24/7 for over 24 years. Doctors offered me surgery which I would not consent to. They said we could put you in traction and stretch your back out (I had shrunk over an inch in height between age thirty and forty). When I would not do that they said pain killing drugs would relieve the pain. I would not consent any of these suggestions. So where did I go from there? I built a high pain threshold in my body so I would not feel the pain unless it became chronic. This did not work because my back was beginning to get weaker and it would blow out so I had to go to a Chiropractor in the beginning but their adjustments did not work after a few years. I found an osteopath, who understood muscle and bone relationship which was causing my back to break down but it came to a point where he was frustrated as why it was blowing out. He finally told me not lift anything that weighed more than ten pounds. This only worked when I was thinking about what I was doing. Many times I would forget and pick up something and out went my back. The doctor told me if this degeneration of my spine continued I would end up in a wheel chair when my spine would no longer hold my back up.
One doctor suggested they put rods in my back to hold it straight which I refused to do. This was 1973. In 1978 I discovered the cause and began a process to release it. Today I am pain free and have regained my full height of five foot ten inches. Some will ask how I did it and some will not believe I could go from almost total degeneration to pain free in ten years. There are still people who will tell me I do not know what I am talking about even after they can clearly see what happened to me and hundreds of people I have worked with over the last 30 years.
Fear is the main stopping block and limiting factor which keeps people from taking action to do something about their pain. I never thought it was fear because I was willing to do or go anywhere to relieve my pain. Fear of facing the truth is devastating to a person who is clinging to what they know. Stepping into the unknown has caused some amazing reactions for most people. The average person would rather struggle and cling to their pain and complain than reach out to heal or cure it.
So what is the answer which people will accept and take action to heal them selves? When you talk to people who attend my lectures we find that about 50 will follow through to face the issues which created their pain. Mind you, the 35 of the general population who are struggling and suffering with back pain. It is appalling and disappointing to hear the reactions I have heard from people. Why do people want to cling to their pain? My feeling is that if we are in place where we feel secure with what we know our mind will try to keep us in this place. The illusion that there is no way to heal or cure will cause people to make some ridicules statements to defend their position. What does this tell me? Fear is stronger than the desire to heal or cure them selves.
All you have to do is look at the social networking sites where these people write about their pain and suffering. Lack of love is the root cause and core issue, yet do these people have any concept about it or even want to know about it? From my experience posting on these networks the answer is no. They want to be ignorant of the cause or cure. Some of their responses have been "who is this snake oil doctor on our site or do you really believe your garbage" It is amazing to me people want to suffer and struggle with their pain. I sure did not want to. I was looking for any avenues by which I could remove the pain and allow me to recover. I did not care what people were telling me. If I had listened the doctors and the people around me influence my decisions I would more than likely have past on and be dead now.
I studied all the alternative therapies I could find and even took courses in Chinese and Tibetan medicine. In 1978 I discovered two teachers who had the answer which released my pain for a while. But this did not work either, the pain kept coming back. In 1982 I became a Hypnotherapist. I also took courses in Homeopathy, nutrition and many other disciplines looking for the answers. I went back to college to get a degree in Psychology which proved to be a dead end road too. What I discovered was that most people could describe what they thought was causing their problems and conflicts, yet this was not the cause of their problems so I began looking again.
In 1982 I bought a computer which really blew my reality out the window. Only ten years earlier we had a two party telephone line and had to call the operator to call outside our town (we were less than two hours north of San Francisco). We did not have answering machines, FAX machines, cell phones, or the Internet. Now ten years later we have a computer which was really foreign to us.. We had to go to classes to learn how to use it.
This proved to be my entry into a new world of healing. I discovered our mind was a computer just like the one we were learning to use. It took more than two years to formulate a method to apply this new technology to both writing and healing. What I was finding is that our mind records everything that has happened to us even before were born. In the next ten years I became addicted to finding out how the mind and the brain interfaced with the body. I knew there was a body mind connection but I was not sure how it interfaced. As early as 1984 we were experiencing miracles which were not explainable in normal terminology. By 1986 I had the process down and I was healing myself while I was working with clients. It was odd that if a client had the same conflict I had and we began to work with it and heal the malfunction in their body, mine was releasing the same malfunction.
It was quite an experience to feel my pain go away. This time it never came back. By 1991 I was pain free for the first time in over 35 years. Over the last 25 years I have reworked the process so I have included all the processes I discovered that work into a system which would heal anything which may be presented to us in a session.
What I discovered about back pain was that the seeds were planted in our mind by our mother during the first four years of our life. It is unfortunate that the dysfunctional parenting program is installed in our mind as early as four years old. In most people it continues to be the operating program in their life.
Take note of this fact;
We can not blame our mother for what happened to us as she was doing the best she could in most cases. There are some situations which were abusive and not acceptable but in general our parents did not know they were programming our life for failure. 98% of the all families are dysfunctional which means that children were not given a parenting model that was effective to raise them or any children.
The causes of our pain began early in childhood, some as early as two years old. The cause is our mother did not have an effective parenting model because she was raised with and handed a dysfunctional parenting model. So what does she do? Treats her children with the same behavior patterns she was raised with. These programs are control, authority and manipulation to cause the child to mind them. Children must comply and follow the parent's discipline. How does a baby understand the parent's basic attitudes and language? The baby has to adapt to a behavior pattern they do not understand. A baby is born with the knowledge of what love and forgiveness is at the time of birth. What babies wants is unconditional love, recognition and acceptance. When they do not get it they act out, scream and cry to get attention. Of course this irritates mother which causes her to not pay attention to the child’s needs. The child’s reaction is mother is withholding love and recognition from me. If this keeps on then the child assumes mother is denying love and attention because something is wrong. This continues on until the child begins to self reject feeling they are not accepted or recognized. The child gets angry and acts out more thinking this will get attention. It does, but the attention is negative because mother is now angry too. She can not control her child so she gets upset and disciplines. The child feels rejected and pushed more. This is what the terrible two are about. After attempts to get recognition fail the child begins to pull back stiff all their feeling and emotions. This is when the seeds for back pain start to get locked into the child’s mind. The child finally gives up assuming that they are not accepted and feels rejected. Their mind begins to set up new patterns and programs to survive the feeling of self rejection and I am not all right.
As a child grows up these patterns are locked into the meridian system of the body and become seeds and little time bombs which can sprout and grow later in life. Each time we encounter a similar experience of rejection or feeling not accepted or recognized it adds to the ammunition that is recorded in the muscles on the meridians. We may go to the point of beginning to look for what I call outsourced validation. We are asking other people to validate us so we can know we are all right, recognized and accepted. We may pick all kinds of attitudes and behavior patterns to meet our needs. Unfortunately they usually end up failing to get us the needed recognition we want so we fall back to the old programs of feeling not accepted which cause us to feel inadequate and not recognized.
These experiences eventually will build into pain in our body. The pain is caused by the energy being locked into the meridian and muscle at specific locations in our back. As the energy builds up it begins to cause the muscles to tighten up and put pressure on the nerve centers in our back. As the muscles tighten up mobility is restricted as the muscles actually shorten up due to the energy that is locking into the muscles. You can visually see and feel the tightness in the back. The skin actually gets tight too as the back muscles lock down. In some people their spine looks like it is in a valley as the push pull muscles next to the Spine tighten up. The visual proof is in feeling the back of people who have Fibromyalgia. They can not deny the physical proof even if they deny the mental/emotional causes.
